Processing:
All pieces are made to order and require 1-2 weeks to handcraft. You will be notified via email when your order is ready to be dispatched. If you are purchasing for a special occasion and need it by a certain date, please get in touch via the contact form.
Shipping:
Orders within the UK with a value of under £200 are sent with free Royal Mail 48 shipping.
Items with a value of over £200 will be sent via insured special delivery starting at £9.25.
Delivery to Europe and to the rest of the world is £12.
Postage to the US is £20 with tariff costs included.
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked International and aim to arrive within 7-10 business days.
Emma Ko is not responsible for shipping delays or any additional charges - any customs fees are the customer's responsibility.
Returns and Refunds:
Orders can be returned within 30 days for a refund. Refunds will appear in your original payment method within 5-7 days. We do not offer free return postage.
Returns need to be processed within 7 days of receiving the garment for UK orders and 14 days for international.
Commissions sales are final and cannot be returned.
In the event of any manufacturing defects, we offer free repairs. Damage due to improper care or normal wear and tear can be repaired for an additional fee.
